Hi, recently we purchased the latest version of ExamDiff Pro, v15.0.1.12 64-bit (previously working on v11.0.1.15, 64-bit). However we have been experiencing a significant drop in performance, to the point that the application becomes unresponsive.
In our particular environment we are regularly using mapped network drives that we perform the comparisons across.
Currently, I still have the old version installed along side the newer version for the sole purpose of being able to run a comparison when the newer one cannot.
We also have a user who is constantly having to reset the option to integrate with the Windows Explorer integration (on Windows 11) as the option doesn't seem to be saving.
Please let me know if any further details are needed to help diagnose these issues for a resolution.
