How to compare two TXT files,
delete duplicates and
show only those which are missing in the first list?
A multitude of functions and I do not really know how to go about it.
I need a detailed tutorial (step-by-step)

There's no direct way to delete duplicates with ExamDiff Pro. The rest can be done for for the former you need a different tool.

I did not know that it is so difficult because any program cannot be compared (I tried several popular programs)
Notepad++(plugin), PSPad, OpenOffice, WinMerge and other => These programs can not compare and extract only the missing links
