minor 'bug': MRU-spin can be set too high

FWIW, I was just setting the MRU-values in View | Options | Global and ran into some minor peculiarities:
The number of recent [session] files has a maximum of 16:
- using the spin-buttons one can go up to 100?!
- using the edit-box one can enter anything, even characters?
You could consider limiting spin-buttons to a maximum (and maybe also limiting the entered characters to two integers).
(However, in both cases a reasonable error message is returned when saving.)
The number of recent Autopick pairs has a maximum of 1000:
- using the spin-buttons one can only go up to 100?!
- using the edit-box one can enter anything, even characters?
