My boss recently purchased an ExamDiff Pro Site licence for our department. None of us seem to be able to register it. I seem to remember that we need a special file, and that it would be emailed to him.

My question is, is that an automatic thing? We're just trying to figure out if maybe our email security system blocked it, so that we can try to get it

The unlock code has been e-mailed to your boss today. I'm sure he's going to forward it to you, along with the instructions.
