Using FTPVC with other Diff Software

Would it be possible to control the command line parameters (and their order) when invoking the Diff program.
right now I can just change it's location (Options - Misc) which works fine with diff but I use another diff software (Araxis Merge Pro) and can't use it because of the extra paramenters that are added by ftpvc.
(in fact it works but I had to create a wrapper)
Could you add a little text box below where we could enter the command line parameters (Style: " %1 %2 /diff" )
