Bug: "skip resolved differences" does not apply to 1st and last differences

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start EDP with default settings
2. Compare the 2 attached files
3. Go to settings and check "skip resolved differences"
4. Resolve on the differences by clicking on the left arrows
5. Try to navigate to next/previous difference
Expected results:
6. Difference navigation buttons are greyed out, attempts navigate to to next/previous/first/last with wheel or keyboard does not move position
Actual results:
6. Navigation buttons active, navigating to next/previous moves position to last/first resolved differences
