Steps to reproduce:

1. Start EDP with default settings
2. Compare the 2 attached files
3. Click on the left arrow-button on line 3 to resolve the 1st difference
4. Click on the left arrow-button on line 6 to resolve the 2nd difference
5. Go to settings and check "skip resolved differences"
6. Press ^Z to undo the 2nd change
7. Press ^Z to undo the 1st change

Do you get a Losing Undo warning after Step 5? If so, we are on the same page, and the fix will be coming in the next build.

I did. I probably just automatically dismissed it (or possibly had it suppressed).

Which raises a question: is it really necessary to lose the undo buffer for something that is essentially a navigation change?

I just found an old email about ExamDiff from 2002.
Bloody hell, I've been using ExamDiff (first free, then pro) for 20 years!
