The dialog to recompare directories should appear only once.
If some file operation appear in the background, then this dlg is shown. If then additional file operations are done, then this dlg is shown again and again. One time should be enough.

The behavior of this dialog is controlled by Options | Misc | "Change Notifications". It would be hard to tell when a file change operation was a part of another batch and should be ignored.
