When I click on the file editing options - enable editing within examdiff pro, I get the error message "Backup directory cant be empty"

How do I setup so that I can get this editing happening.

That was a bug in the last beta. It's now been fixed in the latest build (3.4.0.20). Thanks for reporting it.
