I copied a directory from my desktop to my laptop and then tried to do a ExamDiff Pro (3.4 beta) comparision of the files in that directory to a similar directory already on my laptop.

Some files show same and some show a 1 hour (+/- 1 second) difference in the time stamps. On those files I get a Older or Newer indication when they are actually the same.

Suggestions?

Option | Dir Comparison | Perform full file comparison, or Consider files with same CRC identical

found the compare all files but that can be slow. Will check out the CRC option.

To prevent this in future: check the Timezone and Daylight Saving settings on both machines .
