Diffing versions through cvs

How do I diff for example file_1 and file_2 directly from the cvs (without checking out the files) using ExamDiff Pro in command line?

I'm not sure you can use an external diff tool with command line CVS. I think you'll need to use a GUI front end, such as WinCVS or TortoiseCVS.
