I have a suggestion for what seems to me a very simple addition to EDP: why not add the option to automatically trim (i.e. remove) the spaces and tabs at the end of the lines when saving an edited file?
Exactly like the "Convert tabs to spaces when saving files".

Yes, we should be able to add to 9.0.
