I'm upgrading from ExamDiff Pro 5.5 to 7. So far, the only thing I can't find is the "Minimize when"Compare new Pair"" option. Is it gone or been replaced with something else? I did export the options to a file, and didn't see the config variable.

You are right, newer Windows versions do no support this functionality so it was removed in version 7. You can actually select your files in Explorer, then, while holding your mouse button down, Alt-Tab to EDPro and drop them to the Compare dialog or the main window.
