Any chance of getting a photo comparison pluggin? All it would need to do would be display the images side by side and maybe some details about the file like file size and dimensions. This would be extremely useful in managing folders of photos.

We have no plans for this, unfortunately.

I don't lnow if this can satisfy you (no thumbnails), but you could use an EDP plugin to extract image data (size, resolution etc.) and EXIF data (date, camera type, exposure data...) then compare those data.
