Other Users Not Seeing Files I've Added

I have created a new sub directory and added files to it. Another user in a different location is not seeing the new directory, and subsequently the files in that directory.

Is this related to 'options.txt' file issue I've seen in other threads here?

What is the suggested fix?

My guess is that the other user doesn't have permissions to see your new directory. Can they see it in any other FTP client?
