Run comparison in new instance from directory to file?

I am comparing two directories, and where the files are different, I'd like to see the file differences in a new instance, without losing my place in the directory compare. When I double-click the file name, the compare is done in the same instance. Is there any way to make that work?

Yes. Use Options | Dir Comparison | "Run new instance of the program when comparing FILES from directory panes".
