Does the U.S. Energy Policy Act (which causes Daylight Savings Time to start earlier in 2007 than it did in prior years) have any impact on ExamDiff Pro?
That is, assuming the underlying operating system (WinXPsp2, Win2000, etc.) has been updated to accommodate the new DST rules, will ExamDiffPro handle date/time-based comparisons (and other date/time-based operations) properly?
ExamDiff Pro does not use any DST algorithms internally. It uses the OS Date/Time API to handle all DST operation, so I expect no impact from this change.
