Save your screenshot to an image file, then use the "Upload attachment" tab below the post to upload your image.

I just sent you a PM with instructions on how to generate debug traces. I'm sure with their help we'll be able to figure out the issue.

I was able to reproduce this problem on your server. We'll analyze it, and I'll let you know the results later today.

Your FTP server appears to be dead now, so I can't connect to it anymore.

I'm afraid I don't have good news. The FTP server software that you are using (Pure-FTPd) does not seem to be fully supported by WinInet (a Windows DLL that FtpVC uses for FTP commands). It appears that the file listing format Pure-FTPd generates cannot be parsed by the FtpFindFirstFile API, which results in FtpVC's inability to retrieve files from your server.

BTW, WinInet is also used by Internet Explorer, and it too will have problems with Pure-FTPd. If you have control over how the server is launched, check out the following thread: http://archives.pureftpd.org/archives.c ... ikbpijjpkg

He's probably correct but the problem is that WinInet (and hence FtpVC) cannot parse Pure-FTPd directory listings. We are currently researching using a different FTP library, the one that supports more FTP server types.
