Matching different filenames?

Post by Manor »

Hi,

Directory 1 contains the following files:
test-1.dat
test-2.dat

Directory 2 contains:
test-1.txt
test-2

Is there a way to set up ExamDiff Pro to check (test-1.dat with test-1.txt) and (test-2.dat with test-2) during a directory compare with some sort of wild card setting? I've tried to search the helpfile but haven't been able to find a solution.

Thanks,
Manor

No, this is not possible. The only thing you can do is to perform Compare Selected after the directory comparison.
