Multiple diffs saved to 1 html file...

Post by JoeyAnts »

Hi,
I am not sure if this is supported in the UI, command line, or not even at all. I am a developer and I use Perforce source code control with Examdiff as my file diff program. I want to be able to diff multiple files and save all the diffs to a single html file. Currently, I compare 2 files, save to html, compare next set, save to another html file...etc... It would be nice to highlight multiple files, right click, compare and have all the diffs appear in a single instance of Examdiff and click Save To HTML... I hope this makes sense.

Maybe this feature can be achieved by simply adding "Append" checkbox to the "save diff" window? Or this window does not support adding elements?

As usual, if the file being saved does not exist, "Append" will have no meaning. Even no need to make it gray.
