Bug in the latest beta:
The diff markers and arrows in the directory comparison are completely off

Is this reproducible? If so, could you upload a pair of sample zips containing your folders along with your options exported to a file?

I cannot share those files for legal reasons.

I figured out what went wrong:

The arrows and markers are correct for the "Show All" mode, but they stay the same when I am in the "Show Only Differences" mode, which is incorrect.
This should be easily reproducible on your end.
