Empty Explorer Menu in directory compare

My configuration is ExamDiff Pro 6.0.3.12 (64-bit) on Windows 8 Pro 64-bit.
In directory compare when I right-click file or directory, Explorer Menu is empty.

I'm not sure why this would happen. The only thing I can say is that if you select files from different directories (in the recursive mode), the Explorer menu item is not visible, and Ctrl - Right Click does not work.

If I select one file, "Explorer Menu" item is visible but submenu is empty.
If I select files from multiple directories, "Explorer Menu" item in context menu is not visible.

In version 5.5.1.18 this works.

I assume the first part works, the second part is a feature (or limitation). Again, your problem is not reproducible so far, we'll keep an eye on it.
