If you ask me, the default EDP picture looks best. But I suppose I'm a little biased :)

I appreciate you interest in making EDP better, by the way.

The dominant background color is, it seems, a hard-coded white, and not the "Window" color. If by "dominant" you mean the color of "Identical" elements, it's customizable in 3.4. But then in EDP any hatch ends up looking ugly. Could you elaborate? Since we disagree on ...

You're invited to merge added stuff in the "newer" version on the right, into the "older" version on the left. It depends on how you select your first and second directories. Note that I use "first" and "second" instead of "left" and right", si...

I don't see it happening in 3.3 or 3.4 Beta. When I enter \\BOGUS\MyShare in the Compare dialog, I get the following error message on pressing Compare button: --------------------------- ExamDiff Pro --------------------------- File or directory \\BOGUS\MyShare does not exist -----------------------...

Currently the background color/hatch options for the "Added Items" and "Deleted Items" work both on the side where the text actually is, and on the empty filler block inserted in the opposite pane. So the filler appears as a highlighted part of the file in the opposite pane. Tha...

No, this kind of numeric comparison is not currently possible in ExamDiff Pro. The only way to make it work would be to have an application that preprocesses files by rounding numbers, then use it as a plug-in in ExamDiff Pro.

The library will be expanded frequently as new filter appli...
