There's no direct support for Rollback. Of course, manually you can do it using the History dialog: Get a version that you want to go back to, the exit History, and Check Out the file using "Do not replace local files" option. I will add your suggestion to FtpVC wish list at http://www.pre...

OK, the good news is that we were able to reproduce the problem on Win2000 (XP works fine). The bad news is that it'll take some to time to fix the problem. Once it's fixed, an update will appear on the web site.

This works fine here. At some point there was a fix in the Shell extension to make it work for root folders. Perhaps you downloaded EDPro before the fix. You may want to try the latest release on the web site. If you still have problems, I'll need additional information. BTW, does it work for your l...

There's no such plans, sorry. However, you may be able to run FtpVC with Wine. Take a look at the following page explaining ho to run IE with Wine under RedHat Linux: http://patrick.spacesurfer.com/ie_wine_install.html

If you manage to run FtpVC with Wine, please let me know.

Yes, you could do that. Or use View Filter in EDPro to only output non-identical file. The original problem, however, was to related to file, not directory, comparison.

ExamDiff Pro currently does not compare against FTP folders. There's a suggestion like this on the wish list, I'll add your vote there. FtpVC, on the other hand, has a recursive mode, in which all subdirectories of a remote directory are visible. After you add all your files to version control, FtpV...

It is possible to rebuild stub using existing version files

If the stub for one of your remote files no longer exists but the version files are still in the FtpVC directory on the FTP server, history will be restored in a new stub if you use the Attach command.
