Re: Keyboard shortcuts + Delete

somehow the shortcuts must have been lost, so I tried to define them again.
But I couldn't get Delete to work.

I now reset the keyboard stuff, and Delete works again.

I must say I didn't "see" the button ...

Now I am happy again, I can use delete as in any other app again!

Keyboard shortcuts + Delete

Hi, I try to define some keyboard shortcuts for editing files (Ctrl-C, Ctrl-X, Ctrl-V ...), most of them successfully. I also wanted to assign the normal delete functionality to the delete key, i.e. if there is a selection, delete it, otherwise delete the character to the right of the cursor. I find...

Re: EDPro Shell integration interferes with java.awt.Desktop

case closed, problem was probably an incorrectly registered (in windows system) dll. Thanks again for the great support - although it is Saturday late night (at least here in Munich) - correction, early Sunday morning, Gregory helped me (via pm, as some non-public information was involved) finding t...

Re: EDPro Shell integration interferes with java.awt.Desktop

should be no problem to replace the dll (I am local admin on that machine).

But you need to tell me how to retrieve the debug traces stuff.

Re: EDPro Shell integration interferes with java.awt.Desktop

I sent you the crash report by private message (last night). There is exactly one EDPShell.dll on the system, in folder C:\Programme\ExamDiff Pro. It has a size of 170.232 Bytes, a creation date of 2008-03-28T14:11:13, a modify date of 2010-03-15T20:26:28 (the time I updated to 5.0.0.19). I can repr...

Re: EDPro Shell integration interferes with java.awt.Desktop

If I can provide more info, please ask. Btw, I have Windows XP SP3, all updates. I have no other Windows version to test on ... The problem also occurs with txt or doc or xml or png - it is not a problem pdf-reader vs. edpro ... I also have Winzip installed, which also adds menu items to the explore...

EDPro Shell integration interferes with java.awt.Desktop

I thought I posted this earlier on, but now when looking whether there is an answer I can't find the post ... Somehow EDPro Shell integration interferes with Java VM (esp. java.awt.Desktop). If I have EDPro Shell integration active, a java program using java.awt.Desktop.getDesktop().open(new java.io...

Re: Jars display changed but no differences found

Consider files with same size and timestamp identical. To me, it looks as if the timestamps are NOT identical (though it is hard to recognize on the low quality screenshot - using jpg is not good, and reducing size is also a bad idea ...) What is your setting for directory comparison? Recursive, or...

Yahoo, how would you expect the synchronization points to be saved? I can think of three ways (without changing the files) 1. Line numbers IMO useless, as soon as lines are inserted/deleted in the files. 2. The text of the line IMO useless, as the same line of text could appear multiple times in a f...
