Bug: Undo (CTRL-Z) crashes EDP

EDP crashes when undoing changes using CTRL-Z

Here's how I reproduce it:
1) Start EDP with "empty files"
2) Type some characters in the right pane, and hit <ENTER>
3) Hit <CTRL>+<Z> (undo)
4) EDP crashes. If it doesn't, repeat steps 2-3 until it does.

Re: User-written plugins

EDP also has to recognize it as a plugin and associate it with some file types...

I'll check those pages.
Thanks!

User-written plugins

Hello,

Is there a guide for writing and configuring EDP plugins?

Thank you!

Yes. Perfection is expensive. I know, and that's why I've been a loyal paying customer since 2004 (even when I was getting a competitor's product for free from my employer) ... ... ... I just found an old email about ExamDiff from 2002. Bloody hell, I've been using ExamDiff (first free, then pro) f...

Re: Bug: crashing EDP with "skip resolved differences"

I did. I probably just automatically dismissed it (or possibly had it suppressed).

Which raises a question: is it really necessary to lose the undo buffer for something that is essentially a navigation change?

Re: How do I compare files from the explorer interface using a session?

Is it possible to default to the same (current) comparison mode when that setting is set?

Or alternatively, remembering the files/dirs in the current comparison and filling them in when the user switches to the same mode in the dialog (also when the setting is set)?

Re: Bug: Ignored lines by regex do not work always

They are marked with the ignored line colour whether the setting is on or off. Whereas with the other regex, there is a difference in marking added blocks, depending on the setting. Thus my claim of inconsistent behaviour. Also, please note that line 33 in the left file was matched with different li...

Re: Bug: Ignored lines by regex do not work always

The first two green blocks in the right file are added, and consist only of ignored lines.

You are already in Session 2, how can you switch to it again?

Re: Bug: Ignored lines by regex do not work always

Those are links, not images (images were too large to attach or embed). Please click on them.

And yes, it is about added/deleted blocks, not changed.

And I do want to see ignored lines, because they split the blocks, allowing me to copy only the non-ignored parts.
