Binary comparison issues (v3.3)
ExamDiff Pro v3.3 (trial) is still very slow and memory hungry when comparing binary files. Scrolling panes in binary mode, is extremely slow even when comparing identical files. The problem with memory is even worst. I've tried to compare two identical 70MB binary files but ExamDiff hangs and repli...

Navigation keys work again in latest build. Unfortunately binary navigation is still very slow. At first i thought it was the files been compared were large and with many differences. I tried simple 40Kb, even with no differences at'all, scrolling in binary mode is annoyingly slow. I hope you find s...

Binary navigation keys
Is it possible to use arrow keys and pg/up/dn in binary viewer ?
Now scrolling is only possible using mouse wheel and/or scroll bars.
BTW scrolling in hex mode is extremely slow even on fast machines. Is there any option that speeds up binary viewer ?
Thanks

Visual minor bugs (latest beta)
I've found some minor visual bugs in latest 3.3 beta. Not big deal though, just thought it would be helpful reporting that while ExamDiff Pro is in beta stage. 1. Sometimes, while viewing differences in two text files, the whole toolbar, menu and diff combo box, appear grayed - non focused, although...

Thanks for the file touch tip psguru, still believe it would be much better if such a function was build into EDP, i don't think that a simple file touch would add more than 2-3 KB. Anyway i can live without it. we try not to bloat the application unless necessary This is the first reason i like EDP...

Simple suggestion
I plan to switch to ExamDiff Pro from BC. Each applications has its own pros & cons. There is something i'll really miss in EDP, a file touching feature in folder comparison context menu.
I think it's quite easy to add this in a future release.
Thanks

3.2c (eval) bug found
I was evaluating ExamDiff Pro 3.2c, when found the following bug. In Options/Misc/General i had configured external editor to use UltraEdit with arguments $FILE -l$CARET -c$COLUMN. No problem so far, it worked great when editing text files. In Options/Binary i used same editor for binary files, but ...
