Yes, it's a Unicode character u23f5 (black medium right-pointing triangle), apparently missing from XP. We'll make a fix in the next build, switching to ">" under XP.

Thanks, I thought were talking about a different option specific to a document type. This bug will be fixed in the next build of v. 15.

Does the timestamp (1981-01-01 00:00:02) have anything to do with it? No, it shouldn't. I don't know your filter options so I can't get your results but did you consider "Expand to Differences behavior" option under https://www.prestosoft.com/ps.asp?page=htmlhelp/edp/more_directory_compar...

I then tried to filter out the same .git directory (with the directory comparison filter turned off) in the results view using a path view filter. It's not that we are never going to have a ARM64 version, it's just that we don't have an immediate plan do so. We certainly realize that it's going to happen. I guess one way to get there is to start using a Snapdragon-based device in house.
