Thanks much for the tip. I meant 'synchronizing' by 'operations'.

It would be nice to see actual content of folders including excluded ones as greyed without affecting the folder compare result.

Is there an option to application do not set a path on the second folder text box when the first one has been just set?
This is causing data loss when one do not notice the change on second path and start to make operations through wrong folders.
