in the interest of being perfectly honest and blunt, 2.4 is exponentially worse in this regard than 2.3. I don't know if there is any logs or anything I can get you to help debug the issue, if not, I am going to have to move on to another product...there is no way I can work like this.

seems hard to believe I am the only one with the problem...I just started using FTPVC again on a new long-term project so it had been a while since I used it...I'll try the new version, see how it does.

some instability

I have 2.3, I want to upgrade to 2.4, but I do have one big problem with the app. While it is cool, does what it says, if a server is slow to respond to FTP, such as mine is frequently in the evening, the app crashes rather than erroring out, which is incredibly annoying. Is this issue resolved in 2...

I am not going to ask for my money back, I am an honest person, albeit perhaps terse, and the tool is working for me on this one project. But it has hardly made the project THAT much easier, we had our share of problems, version rollbacks and other issues, I'd lay good odds it's a wash regarding tim...

because it's a unique problem, we'll not try hard to fix it
OK, then never mind, I'll not try hard to help you find the issue.

I wish I had never spent the money...sorry to bother you with a unique problem.

OK, I'll try

not sure if I recall how to create one of not...I did it a while back...

to be quite honest, the fact it is only a problem with me doesn't really help my situation, I bought this app to help me manage this site, not make it more time consuming.

FTPVC never checks out the latest version of the file I am trying to get, I am even in the habit of doing gets then checkout cuz sometimes that helps, today not even that helped and it caused additional work for me to get everything straightened back out. This has been ...

always checking out to web root

This is getting kind of annoying, every time I check out a file, regardless of it's location in the hierarchy of directories, it wants to send the check out file to the root directory. I have gone so far as to delete all my ftpvc directories on the remote server and start over, Ijust did that, hopin...
