Support for Windows System Variables

It would be great if there was support for system variables to set
the path when comparing directories.

I would like to be able to use something like:
%HOMEPATH%\desktop\_SANDBOX\example.com

instead of:
C:\Documents and Settings\Me\Desktop\_SANDBOX\example.com

Yes, I think we'll be able to include this feature in the next release.
