Full File Directory Compare Not Working in Latest Version

I am using the latest version of ExamDiff Pro 4.0.2.10. Unless I am doing something wrong or have a setting wrong, the full file comparison between two directories is showing that all files are the same regardless of differences in the files. This was working fine is previous revisions of version 4. Does anyone know what happenned?

I have not enabled any plugins and the only thing ignored in the file comparison is linebreak styles. The file types being compared vary from binary to text files.

I can't reproduce the problem. Do you have filters on? Could you post a screenshot?

I don't have any filters on. Also, it doesn't happen all the time. Here is a simple compare of two directories. Most of the files are the same even though the dates may be an hour off (a DST issue). However, there are three or four files will different sizes that are obviously different, all the files show up as identical in the full compare.

I can see that some of the files do have different sizes. However, perhaps you are using some Ignore options, and that would mark files as identical in the full comparison mode even if their sizes differ.What happens when you compare these files? Are they really different?

Yes the files are different. When you double click on the pair and it does a file comparison, they show as different. As I said previously, the only ignore options set are Line Break styles under the Text Compare options. Under directory compare, I have "Perform full file comparison". No filtering is set under filters. It just has a "*" in the Include box.

Could you attach these two files, along with your options (exported to a file)? I suppose if you had two directories with just these two files, the problem could be easily reproduced, right?

As I said already, it doesn't happen all the time. I would have to have the right two directories and ensure that it happens in all situations. That may be complicated. For now here, it are my current options for one of the failures.

If I can create the problem directories for failure, can I send it directly via e-mail? The size will be too big to attach.

I sent the files to both e-mail addresses and I got a rejection from one. I guess the other one did not go through either. Have any other ideas on how I can get the files to you? There are no viruses in them. They have been scanned many times.
